Sylvie Coudène spent more than two decades at Accenture, a global technology and consulting company, most recently leading M&A Talent Integration across Europe - supporting the acquisition and integration of 25+ businesses each year (around 10,000 employees annually) across AI, cyber, data science and other digital domains.She subsequently established the Group People M&A Centre of Excellence at Azets, one of Europe's largest PE-backed accounting and advisory firms pursuing a buy-and-build strategy across Europe, advising leadership teams on acquisitions, organisational transformation and post-deal integration.
